By creating an account or using Trad ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Continued use of the App constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

Trad does not conduct criminal background checks or identity verification on users unless explicitly stated otherwise. We do not guarantee the identity, intentions, legitimacy, or behaviour of any user.
Users are solely responsible for their interactions with other users, both online and offline. You should exercise caution and good judgment when communicating with or meeting people through the App.
Trad shall not be liable for any injury, harm, damages, losses, emotional distress, disputes, or other consequences arising from user interactions, including offline meetings.
Never send money, share financial information, passwords, or sensitive personal information with other users.
Premium features are available through recurring monthly or annual subscriptions. Payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers, including CCBill (ccbill.com).
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise recurring charges using your selected payment method.
All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Cancelling a subscription prevents future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the active subscription period. If you cancel, your paid Premium access remains active until the end of the paid subscription period.
Trad reserves the right to change subscription pricing, features, or billing structures at any time. Any pricing changes will apply prospectively.
Chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or abuse of the payment system may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Trad App — including but not limited to the Trad name, logo, branding, design, source code, text, graphics, software, and all related content — are proprietary and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, scrape, crawl, or commercially exploit any part of the App without our prior written permission.
Unauthorised use of Trad branding, materials, or content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
You retain ownership of the content you upload to Trad. However, by uploading content, you grant Trad a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, host, display, reproduce, process, and store such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the App.

Trad reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, moderate, remove, restrict, or delete any user content at its sole discretion.
Trad is not responsible for user-generated content and does not endorse any opinions, statements, or materials posted by users.
We may use automated systems and AI-powered moderation tools to detect harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited content and behaviour.
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms & Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the App or website.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
TRAD does not condone, support, facilitate, or tolerate human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, or any related illegal activity.
Any use of the platform for human trafficking, sex trafficking, exploitation, coercion, recruitment, solicitation, or other related unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.
Where TRAD becomes aware of or reasonably suspects activity involving human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, or related criminal conduct, such activity may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities or other competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.
TRAD reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate accounts associated with such activity and to cooperate with competent authorities where legally required or appropriate.
